And now, The AEW Supermodel Project Story
so in 2010, i finally moved back to los angeles this september after a year of financial hiatus in san diego, post-USC graduation (love this economy!) and in that year that felt like many, many years, i had a lot of time to think. i have always had an issue with having to wait for other people's permission to work, to create, to live. I also have always hated the word 'no'.
so one night i decided to do something about it.
i began to spend a lot of time creeping on facebook and staring at strangers for uncomfortable amounts of time at social gatherings. i studied all of my friends and friends of friends, making mental notes. why should vogue, new york city, and americas next top model have all the modeling, art, and fashion fun? so i spent the better part of that year at home compiling a roster of girls who exuded the qualities i value most in a person- and wrote down a list of names. and in september 2010, the photography and film projects began. and since then, i have welcomed aboard new AEW supermodels every year.
5 models/actors, 1 photographer. taking matters into our own hands. and making the world more beautiful one film and photo at a time.
